Delivery fee is applied for the orders below $60.
Our standard delivery fee is $4.5.
Product orders will be shipped to you within 1-5 working days.
Once your orders are shipped out, you will receive the shipping confirmation from us along with the tracking numbers.
Orders are not allowed to collect at the store.
Return & Refund
Refund will be made if the product is out of stock to your credit card.
MONDE de l'Esthetique does not allow for return and exchange after the product purchased. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.

Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, after you've placed an order, we won't be able to make any modifications to it, such as delivery method upgrades or changing the quantity of the goods you've ordered.
We are not responsible for replacements or refunds for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, we always recommend double-checking your bag and delivery details before checking out!
